Cancellation Policy


Do you need to cancel your Track Day? That's a shame, but we'll figure it out. First of all, let's go through the basics:

Up to 8 weeks (56 days) before the Track Day

  • We will reimburse all Track Day price without incurring any cancellation fee*.

8 weeks (55 days) to 4 weeks 28 days before the Track Day

  • We will reimburse 50% of the Track Day price.

Less than 4 weeks (28 days) before the Track Day

  • Unfortunately, we're not able to issue any reimbursement less than 28 days before the Track Day.

You will receive the reimbursement within 14 days of notifying us.

Hold on though, we've forgotten to tell you about the most important thing!


We usually have long wait-lists for our Track Days. So if the Track Day is sold out and we manage to find a replacement driver, even if it's just 24h before the Track Day, we will reimburse the full Track Day Fee minus a 5% handling cost in order to cover for the transaction and administrative fees.

Please be aware that while in 98% of all cases we've managed to find a replacement driver, there can be circumstances where this will not be possible and our cancellation schedule mentioned above will come to effect.

As we have to ensure that payment and participation of the replacement driver, any reimbursement in relation to our "GP Days Promise" will be issued within 14 days after the Track Day has taken place.

Can I transfer my spot to someone else?

Yes of course! This can be done at any time and free of charge. Please use this contact form and enter all the details so we can process the transfer as quickly as possible.

Please remember that any requests for cancellations and transfers can only be sent to us in written form. Cancellations via phone are not possible.


*Depending on the payment form you have chosen, we will deduct a transaction fee (between 2% and 5%) of the Track Day price. For more information on payment types, please click here.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason! The 14 day period comes into place from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.

To cancel your order, you must inform us (GP 249 GmbH, Huttropstr. 60, 45138 Essen, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 201 319 3771 15, e-mail: in written from i.e. an E-Mail of your decision to cancel / return your order.

If you cancel your order, we'll reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us as well as all associated transaction costs depending on the payment form you have chosen) within fourteen days.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. Please remember, that the right for cancellation / return does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Further, the right for cancellation / return expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

A final note:

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
